These terms govern your use of this website and any yatra planning or booking service provided by Vaishno Devi Booking (GSTIN: 00AAAAA0000A0Z0). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

We help you plan a custom Vaishno Devi yatra — building a day-wise itinerary and price estimate, and, if you choose to proceed, coordinating hotel, transport, and helicopter bookings with our partners on your behalf.

2. Quotes Are Not Bookings

Any itinerary or price shown in our wizard, over WhatsApp, or by email is an estimate based on the information available at that time. It does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once our travel expert has verified live availability with our hotel/transport/helicopter partners and you have received written confirmation.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change based on season, availability, and partner rates, and may differ from the initial estimate at the time of confirmation. We will always confirm final pricing with you before requesting any payment. Helicopter services are further subject to Shrine Board slot availability and may be unavailable at short notice for reasons outside our control.

4. Advance Payment

Building your itinerary and getting a quote is always free and requires no advance payment. Where an advance is required to lock in hotel or helicopter inventory, this will be clearly communicated before any payment is requested. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification for all travellers, registering for the free Yatra Slip / RFID card as required by the Shrine Board, and disclosing any health or mobility considerations that may affect your travel plans so we can plan accordingly.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government or Shrine Board restrictions, strikes, or other events of force majeure. Where possible, we will help you rebook or claim any applicable refund from the relevant partner.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act as a facilitator between you and third-party hotels, transport operators, and the Shrine Board's helicopter service. While we take care in selecting reliable partners, we are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these independent third parties, beyond assisting you in resolving any issue that arises.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site (text, design, and branding) belongs to Vaishno Devi Booking and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Katra, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
